Pearl-Cohn Academy of Finance (Business Magnet)

The Academy of Finance introduces students to the variety of career opportunities in the financial services industry while simultaneously teaching them how our highly complex international economy works and equipping them with the conceptual and practical tools they need to choose their future professions.

Our Advisory Board is the heart of the Academy model and vital to the success of our students here at Pearl-Cohn. The board is  made up of local business people who possess a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise that they are eager to share. Advisory board members sponsor and/or recruit others to offer internships, scholarships, provide mentoring (personally and through their employees and colleagues) and open up their workplaces for site visits.  Our Advisory Board sponsors The Taste of Nashville annually to assist our business students with scholarships and other business-related activities such as camps and conferences for Pearl-Cohn students.
